We're Back!

Well we've actually been back for about a week, but I have been busy working and haven't yet had a chance to blog about our trip. We had such an amazing time. Oregon was beautiful this time of year- plenty of tulips, daffodils and apple blossoms in full bloom. My little niece, Savannah Sue is getting so big and was so much fun to be around. It broke my heart to tell her goodbye. I have uploaded a ton of pictures to share with everyone, so enjoy!

Here's Justin and I. I was getting a little bored during our FOURTEEN HOUR car ride so here's a couple pictures. Justin was amazing and insisted on driving the entire trip. He's so good to me :)

Ahhh.. My sweet little Savannah Sue. I was so excited to get to their house to see her. She has gotten so big. She greeted us with plenty of smiles. :)

On Sunday we decided to drive out to the coast and on the way we stopped at the Tillamook cheese factory... yum!

Kenz and Monty sampling some squeaky cheese

Tilamook is a beautiful little town if you can't tell by the next couple pictures.

We rented a cabin in Cannon beach. It was such a nice little place and only about a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Here are the boys.. Gunner looks right at home.

Kenz and Monty at a yummy little restaurant downtown cannon beach.

Justin and I went to Portland to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. It is a pretty cool city. Here is a picture taken along the Wilamette River.

Here's my man waiting for his dinner at Kell's... Don't you just love the shirt I picked out for him? Haha. :)
You can't celebrate St. Patty's without some Guinness!
The next day we drove up to Silverton to hike the Silver Falls trail. Here's a picture of sweet little Savannah all bundled up for the hike.
Here is the first of ten waterfalls.
It is so cool to walk behind these waterfalls. There is so much power- it is exhilirating!
Sweet picture of Savannah.. I love the slight smile on her face and her ears :) So cute
We stopped here on the drive back to Wyoming... This is the Vista house which overlooks the Columbia River Gorge.
We also stopped at Multnomah Falls on our drive home... Such a beautiful view.
So it was an amazing vacation if you couldn't tell from the pictures. We are both pretty bummed to be back to the real world. It was so good for us to take a trip together, though. I think we both fell a little more in love with eachother. I am so blessed to have Justin in my life. He is so good to me and treats me with nothing but respect. I love to see him get along so well with my family. I can't wait for the many more adventures that life has waiting for us.
